I have a question.
What happends with KOH when the water is running out?
Is there a kind of residue of Potasium?
How I should re-fil the reservoir, adding just water or adding water with KOH?

You should only have to add water in the short term. If your cell is making steam then you are also passing the KOH into the system which will cause corrosion. If you are only adding small amounts of water watch your amp draw when it drops off to much then you will need to add some KOH to your system.
