ARB requirements for HHO injection on BIG RIG diesels!!!!!

http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2008/truckbus08/revfro.pdf This is the section that states the requirements you have to meet for the 2012 emissions compliance. Also http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2010/truckbus10/attach1.pdf READ CAREFULLY!!! They are on our side. All we need is testing data to turn into the ARB and they are happy and the trucking companies don't have to get those PM filters that will cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $26,000. Or they can buy a new truck with it already on there for about $75,000. This is it guys our go ahead from the government. It has to be tested every year to stay compliant.

But it does say:
"If a fleet owner wishes to use an experimental or non-verified diesel
emission control strategy. . .
The application must include the following: emissions data and a
detailed description of the control technology that demonstrates that
the experimental control strategy achieves at least a level 2 diesel PM
emission reduction, vehicle and engine data, and odometer readings"

You can accomplish the same or better (including reduction of Nox) with the installation of a Maximo-Diesel RV-6600 on any of the big rigs for under $1,500 (With ROI in 4 to 6 months).  The only drawback is you get better fuel mileage. (Less taxes for the government) OOPPS!!

Well all you gotta do is get a fleet owner to go ahead with an install and the proof is in the pudding. If it reduces the emissions over 85%. you are good to go.
