Interesting looking cell design.

I have always thought that the work of Dr. Mizuno was really interesting. Too bad it seems like it has largely been ignored. He has published a number of papers along these lines. Another is:

In this paper, they do an elemental analysis at the tip tungsten electrode using energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy that does seem to indicate a rather extensive elemental transmutation. That's a pretty good indication that there is some kind of non-classical physics involved here.
