hello, I think this thread "HCS"?
seem to use the gasoline vapors by passing through the exhaust pipe with a hose in funky copper, gas is hot enough to separate the hydrocarbon molecule and introduce extra hydrogen engine.
tertimonios appears that are good.
This is the thread:

Well in different methods. That is like a mixture between the HyCO2A and my pcv boiler device.
That device is alright but it doesn't refill the vaporizer with fuel when it is low like the HyCO2A does.
It's not a cracking system with out a catalyst, its just a fuel vaporizer, that works by sucking the light hydrocarbons off the top of the gasoline, after it vaporizes the light hydrocarbons of gasoline it will leave your tank with heavy hydrocarbon fuel (dark color) that's the part of gasoline that vaporizes at a higher temperature.
If you do build this device consider to:
1. make it refill-able at some point it will need more gas, its possible to use a low specific gravity .6 float switch a fuel pump and a solenoid vale to make it automatic.
2. make a drain port or return line, it will always collect engine oil sludge and heavy hydrocarbons that will need to be removed from time to time.
3.from personal experience keep a fire extinguisher handy in reach of the drivers seat.
Devices like that work and quite well, I got plans for the HyCO2A from "eagle research" and it improved my mpg by 50%.
I had to build it a few times and it was problematic to say the least, but worth the work totally!
