Has anyone experienced removing O2  or map sensor , then using an AFR meter  to adjust HHO output via PWM.

Would this be something to look at if EFIE present .

My Subaru 2001 Legacy gx N/A has cat removed .

You would have to basically hack your ECU to do those mods so that it doesn’t throw codes. Better to modify the signal the computer sees from them. As I noted in my other reply, the resources on that website are quite good at pointing you in the right direction, and the owner responds within a day to questions.
