Has anyone came up with a good solution for electrolyte for extreme cold temps, alcohol seems to kill the production and window washer solution turns dirty very fast.

I had a cell and reservoir in a wooden mount in the trunk of our old Toyota Paseo for a couple of years and didn't need any special electrolyte or pwm in there, however, the vinyl line going under the car to the bubbler and engine did freeze a couple of times. It thawed after driving a little though, as I'm in Georgia.
The biggest problem I've always had is those cheap little plastic check valves. You can clean one once, but beyond that they seem to continue leaking back.
