hi i have a2.7 turbo diesel on a gulf stream minie vista cruiser motor home. sprinter van type 2007 5 wire wide band an air sensor is there any body that has put hho on one of these i built.a 11 plate cell what do i need thank you in advance jim salem ore

The biggest problem for gensets is smaller dynamo capacity. Even 360 KVA generator has got only 35 amps dynamo.

Once again thanks for your kind advise Mr. Narayana. In India, I want to install the HHO plants only in the Gensets available for power production in factories or commercial establishments. The capacity of Gensents will be between 4 to 13 litters. How to determine HHO requirement per litter engine, please advise.

We did testing on diesel engines from 1.2 lts to 13 lts. engine size. Response to hydroxy gas is not consistent. There are two approaches for diesels. First approach is feeding small quantity of hydroxy gas ie. 0.25 to 0.5 LPM gas per lit engine capacity. Here i observed that same make, model but different engines are responding differently. One engine is giving mileage improvement, another engine no response.

Second approach is feeding more gas, similar to gasoline engines. John manning of Australia has followed this approach. Here some timing adjustment is required but result is guaranteed. For this approach the main constraint is Alternator.

K.V.- My team's extensive work and the University 3rd party empirical data shows quite the opposite on large diesel trucks. What particular vehicles is this claim based on?

Thanks Mr. K.V. Narayana. If there is no relation between engine size and HHO volume, how do determine the enough volume of HHO for the engines ? Is any formula for that ?

There is no relation between engine volume and amount of hydroxy gas to be injected in diesel engines.

Shall I know, In USA what is the maximum concentrated NaOH is allowed in the HHO generator, when the vehicle is running.

This is the basic stuff, where all voltage over 1,2 volt in regular electrolysis will produce heat. Amps in that condition will be quite linear to the HHO output. A normal built cell have an efficiency of 5-6mmw. Lets say 5 now. The formula for mmw is: HHO volyme in ml per minute / volts and amps. If you have a 6 cell HHO devise in you car, totally insulatet from each other = 2 volts per cell and want to know how much amps you wil need an the mmw is 5, you will get this for 2 liter per minute: 2000ml / 13,5volts * x amps= 5: x amps = 2000ml / 13,5volts *5: x = 2000/ 13,5 * 5 = 29,6 amps!
