I would like to invite the HHO community working with Diesels to add "Maximo-Diesel" fuel pre-heater "Super-Cats" to their existing systems.  We have great results with engine sizes 3.0 up to 8.0 liter engines.  We are looking for fleets of delivery trucks such as Freightliners and Heavy Duty trucks.  For results from customers, emission reports, and more info on the pre-heaters you can go to    I would like to meet we any group members in Southeast Florida to work as a team in promoting both technologies.

Carefully check once car, determine what the problem is

Good luck

P.S. Im not happy now.. my engine was getting difficult to start and I quickly went down on my glow plugs (suzuki G.V. 2000) 3 years ago I replaced them all. I was never really happy, something was wrong. My old plugs took 42 amps and were 6 sec to glow. The right plugs take 20 amps and are 3 sec to glow. Not only that, the colour on the correct plugs is more brighter after driving. This means the combustion heat is higher on the corret plugs, and I feel like my engine is new but it has 250.000 km on it. So my last 3 years of testing with hho, vaporicers and water is not valid....  hmhmhm.    By the way the shop wanted to sell me again the wrong type of glow plugs, but I got stuborn. I just wanted to tell you guys this story  so maybe if your tests are not up to your hopes maybe there is another reason. Like in my case. Now lets go out and do some testing......

Improve the MAP signal voltage, it will be more fuel spray
Comment by Ben on December 28, 2010 at 9:39pm
I have made an intercepter to go between the MAP and the ECU that allows me to re map the fuel supply by either leaning it out or enriching it. I want to lean out the fuel supply by a little. The problem is before I start I want to know how to tell if I have gone to far with the leaning out. i do not want to cause any damage to the engine.

The diesel is a 3 liter Toyota 2001. There is no oxygen sensor so any advise before I start will be helpfull.

Thank you

Maybe you should adopt 316L materials, if you want to use current is very big, then you'd better add area, which can reduce the current density, increase the lifetime.

Hello! In regard of adding HHO to diesel engine I have some opinions based on my previous experience. First will work! 0.5 LPM for each engine liter dispalcement is the layman rule that provide results.More gas may create problems with injectors. Due the low power alternators common installed on genset or old trucks I propose a monopolar cell powered by a step down transformer. In that way 10 amps available on worst configuration will be converted into 30 amps minimum and due the design of my solution transformed into gas with high efficiency. see my posted movie or my You Tube channel : kenterprise1 and email me for more FREE details. Good luck!

360 KVA generator comes with 11 lits engine. 11liters engine requires 5-6 LPM hydroxy gas. To generate that much gas we require higher capacity dynamo. Generally electric generators are fitted with smaller size dynamo because load on dynamo is only battery charging.

Other hand a 11 lts Valvo truck is fitted with 175 amps dynamo. This is because dynamo has to drive cabin AC compressor, Head lights, tail lits along with battery charging. It has got enough spare capacity to drive a hydroxy booster.

The biggest problem for gensets is smaller dynamo capacity. Even 360 KVA generator has got only 35 amps dynamo.

Narayana .
I do not quite understand what this means, Could you please explain?

Has anyone had HHO success with an International DT466e engine? I have been testing for several months trying many different strategies.... without success.
