Until recently I have been running with a 13 plate dry cell (316l grade ss) in a HHOO configuration (+nnnnn-nnnnn+). The system works well except for the reservoir which keeps leaking. I also need to build a PWM controller to regulate the amperage.

I could not get the MAP sensor adjusted to give me any gains and then one day the engine just started running really badly. Even switching the MAP enhancer and HHOO cell off did not help. I decided it was time for a service on the car and they discovered that the water temperature sensor had gone bung and that it was this which was playing havoc with the engine. This again is one of the reasons why I hate modern technology so much. Too many fancy gizmos to go wrong and most of them are set to mitigate against any gains that an HHO or HHOO device can give.

I am looking at buying another car as soon as I can get enough money together, either a diesel or a carburetted petrol engine.

Does someone have specs for a dry cell or a link that is detailed and good contacts to order the parts/ Parts list? I called a company called EMI-Tech, they wanted $195 for 16 plates with holes drilled in it and the PVC sheets in between the plates and the thick end plates. but i think that is a bit expensive and like cheating the entire build aspect. Any help is much appreciated.
