This work, but is not efficient, over 2 volts x cell dont work well, because it cause more current and hot, but not hho in the same measure, it not have a magic frecuency for resonant hho cell in none case, the resonant hho cell is possible but not with this type of cells, my own investigation for more that 3 years confirm it.
