Hello Andy. Sorry I gave no reply from your last post Oct, been busy. I have sold some Xado but it is not a product that makes instant visual difference, so I rely on other testimonies of how it works. I give away 2 tubes with every motor I build.
If you want some, I sell it $30, which is $5 less than advertised retail. I had a paypal set up, but now prefer to sell one on one direct after phone or email contact so I know the customer.
Yes I use a 6-71 to load my motors to help break in the rings.
I tried to get the sonic plugs tested on the dyno, but the shop let me down, failing to test within 3 weeks then I had to ship the motor with the plugs.
There is some kind of patent (I guess) but I think I can drill the hole myself in my own plugs to test, but not sell, I need to know if the work.
A friend swears by Powerstar plugs.
Does your plasma ignition make a difference? Is it the same as http://www.aquapulser.com/performance_ignition/ their system has RF interference.

I never did have any luck with just HHO, just with watervapour added, so I have stopped with further testing for now. Just being gentle on the gaspedal gives 10% better fueleconomy compared to more aggressive driving.

- Andy the best way to show circuits in here is to build it using http://www.falstad.com/circuit/ then use the export function and copy and paste the export code into a discussion. People reading it can copy and past it back ino the circuit simulator and view it work in real time. If you ever need to find the circut simulator again it is listed under the tools tab.

- Sorry to hear about the Honda. HG's are fairly common failure point.
What I would suggest is to bring the carby from your jeep with you on your trip, and we modify that for you while you're in AZ.
