I'm working on my first generator using clam shells or wall plates (for the neg) and a central plate (pos) like sirHOAX on Youtube. The array of each cell is -+- and they are wired in parallel using two bolts.
I used a teaspoon of baking soda - it's way too much using 50amps to make .6 of a litre in a minute.
I see u use plates with 4 neutrals +nnnn- and that u have tried various designs.
If you have any info on a simple system that draws 10 or less amps to create 1 litre per min I'd love to hear about it please.
I haven't run it for more than 2 hours so I dont know if the plates will become more efficient but it's not good enough right now.
I was thinking about trying vinegar? Have you?

single cell in open bath. The reason for H only cell is this. My theory is one too much O2 can actually cool the combustion process. If you have ever used a Oxy Acetelyne torch you can see if too much O2 is added then the flame goes out. Two it screws with the O2 sensor. So the engine is designed to run on the O2 content of the air any added will lean out the mixture. I have seen were straight H is added engine efficency is increased with no electronics. HHo is excellent for diesels and running a car straight on with little or no outside air intake. Just to mess with outside air intake is hard.
What did you use for o-rings-shower pan liner with specs of 40 mills? Have you run it for 8 hrs or more on bench? What is the electrical arrangement & can you change this arrangement like Sid Young alludes to on his web site. How many neutrals? Wonder what that KoH would do to that shower pan liner-have you tested that yet? Did you base your plate size on any particular application? Let me reiterate by expressing that is one hell va looking unit!
I used 40mil shower pan liner. The longest I’ve run it was about 3 hours at any one time. The array is +nnn-nnn+nnn-nnn+
I’ve built another like this one but smaller to do experiments with. I have an electrical connection on each plate. What I found was +nnnn- was the most efficient. +nnnnn- was too much. It might be more efficient but I could not get enough HHO to measure the results in this lifetime. I do not wish to use KoH because I don’t want to use something so caustic. I’m currently running 4 teaspoons per gallon and getting 2 LPM @ 25A cold. It warms up to 4+LPM @40Amps two hours. I plan to used Zero Fossil Fuels current limiting PWM to keep it steady.
