I have 2 reactor:
one 9 plates SS with 2,2 lpm and another with 3,75 lpm with 17 plates. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMHEAl7Qld8
today i make this video for you (and forme, of course) my english is no very good, but...
I am the only HHO reagent in the queue so far. I am trying to get all my parts together since last year but luck of place(garage) is tightened me to gas-eating monster GMC Sub C1500
It was quite disturbing in the last year, mainly financially but I still thinking about my own design.
I will need some primitive calculation first as well but mainly my idea is drowned bc of parts that I need nowhere could be found, at least in my research. Simply saying, I need to know the plastics name and modification that would withstand boiling chemicals without deterioration. I'll need to either glue/solder/weld that parts or continue to look around.
If anyone could point me for some kind of solution to clue some custom plastic parts for submerged positioning in hot boiling chemical solution I'll really appreciate it.
~ Hey Gary i put up the Exploded View of the Blow Off Valve i don't take credit for the design but have tested it thoroughly and found it to be reliable in the event of a flashback reaching the bubbler / gas reservoir.
The plate is slid into an enclosure with slots in the sides and lid to seal it off. The tabs on to of the plates are for the electrical connections. It is a bath setup put outlet on each side for h and o and wire accordingly. The other plates I stated are optional just regular plates on either side of the divider plate wired in parallel to the corresponding side. I will try to redraw it.
I have an idea for you to try regarding h only cells. Take two of your brute force plates, ones with the tabs for electrical connections in between the two glue a solid piece of pvc sheet in between. The take two more pvc sheets and cut out the opening like you did for your brute force cell. Then glue the plate assembly into the other pvc sheets. This will make a by polar plate as well the divider, leave enough pvc sheet on the outside to mount it into a slotted case, then if you want hook to more plates on each side of the plate/divider and hook them parallel, then see if it works.
