I have finally completed the drawings of my cell. I have been using 304 stainless because I can get it at the local sheet metal shop as scrap peaces (VERY cheap). I have received 316 and am building…Continue

Hi Gene !
Welcome to our Dry-Cell Hydrogen Generator Builders Group.
You might want to contact this builder he does splitter cells. http://hhoinformation.com/profile/Electrogen#axzz1YgJJttEX
You could also take part in this if you are interested.

I have concerns with the H passing through the ripstop, spacing so bubbles don't touch is one but reduced output, also attention to non leaking pocket above each so the back pressure of the bubbler does not let the H touch the ripstop. I have other interest beside
car mileage & CNC cutting torch, having 2 L min breathable Oxygen on demand.
individual cells might be easier than manifold.

I'm also interested in separator cell, are you useing ripstop nylon? any details of your construction you like to share?
Thanks Peter

Hi there Gene,
Thanks for your contact. I have been watching the HHO industry for a few years. Just over 12 months ago, ,I purchased a dry cell, after a conciderable amount of time testing etc,, I had the unit replaced.
I am now in the process of modifing the MAP sensor and the PWM, With the addition of a small heat exchanger , I expect to get greater controll over operating, amps and gas production.
I too, have seen the splitter cells and thought that using just hydrogen would be the answer. I think that the cell I have, could easily be converted into a splitter cell but my supplier didn't seem to want to sell me the couple of extra plates I wanted. I could not get any info on a comparrison between hydrogen and hho, also ,I am under the impression that just hydrogen will not give the bang that hho will, so I have continued with the MAP and PWM fix along with the heat exchanger idea.
Cheers,
Allan.
