does HHo conversion open the door to nitrious oxide creation during combustion?

A colegue of mine expressed concern that the higher heat from hho combustion might create nitriuos oxide during combustion. i was wondering if any one could come up with an answer.

I am using the dry cell version.
With this type you need a bubbler reservoir and then a reserve water reservoir above it so that the electrolyte is washed from the HHO gas(the baking soda is not so good in a cars combustion chamber) you also need a flash arrest-er to prevent back flashes from the air intake it is a good safety precaution($9.00 on eBay). I ordered and have received a special programmed(for a Buick 2005 La Crosse) MAP processor chip that will adjust all of the oxy sensor parameters so the main car computer doesn't dump more gas when the oxy sensor on the exhaust thinks the car is to lean.
I could buy a ready made bubbler(200.00 made of stainless steel) but I decided to make my own out of a 12"x 2" pvc pipe with end caps(6.00) so far so good.

I live in Illinois also, similar situation as you. I have a HHO Kit and got all the things I need, I think. My car is a 2005 Magnum 8cy Hemi, God I don't want to mess it up, but I do want to get it hooked up. I think a wiring diagram would help me, but as yet don't have.
