I have begun using the SCT Xcal3 Flash Tuner for datalogging along with the SCT LiveLink software on the HHO system on a 2007 Ford F-350 SuperDuty with the 6.0L powerstroke diesel engine. There is a…Continue

"If there are no changes to the exhaust design then I do not think back pressure is significant data ... but try capturing it anyway and load it here ... I will reformat the data for you for OBDII Easy Viewer to validate this."

"Goos info, B. Mutia!!! I will attempt to add this "blocking" scenario to my battery of tests over time. I think adding the PID's of ingition timing (DIT) and Engine load (LOD) to the FPW and ICP should help monitor the fuel inputs. I…"

"As long as the car is EFI the logic goes down to Air-Fuel Ratio. Less air detected less fuel injected."

"Ben, the higway mpg baseline according to FoMoCo (Ford Motor Company) for the 2007 6.0L PSD is 21 mpg. Over the course of 160,000+ miles, I don't think this truck has ever achieved close to that. The best higway mileage we've documented…"

"B. Mutia, thanks for the comment on the MAF blocking. That was a digression on my part from the main focus of this thread, which is to discuss the data loggging, and a part of my query about the MAP/Baro sensor readings. RZ"

"I was surprise the "blocking" was done after the MAF sensor. Is that being block sompletely or partially? With the air being block and fooling the ECU for high altitude operation. Are the O2 still being treated with an EFIE or extenders?"
