To you diesel people, some combustion chambers are better suted to hho flame travel than others. I can not say why but it does. Best regards.

Projects. Cold vaporiser, hot vaporiser, hho, geet.

The infos here are for everyone to use except the patented one.

My gratitude goes to Zero Fossil, Paul Pantone (Geet), Scarecrow.

Project, vehicle Grand Vitara 2000" 2.0 TDi 4wd, goal less than 5 ltr/100km Status now is 8,5 average.

On same time last year (winter -5 to +5c) 9,5 - 10,5 ltr.

In short I started on a smack booster and many tests, then PWC box, then I made a big… Continue

Hi guys I was test driving 170 km and it was different. It was windy and - 5 c* After about 15 minutes I found it came in a litle stronger. I had small kerosene vapouriser and another with water that went into the exhaust system and then in the intake air. I know I get wery litle vacum in the system so I have to modify that. It is promising but I will finish the system (I just need more vacum) then run a test tank.
Conclusion, I have been using 3 types of systems HHO, kerosine vaporiser, water vaporiser.
nr 1 I would always use a kerosene vaporiser with the engine PCV. Benefits are this works as soon as you turn the key (Im not joking) my engine has over 240.000. km on it and it is a litle hard to start but with the kerosine it is instant.
nr 2 then I would use exhaust heated water waporiser, I know it works but how well....?
nr 3 HHO. Why I put HHO in the third place ! cost and electrical use is to high for me, at the moment.
and a exhaust temp gauge. Must.
guys give me a comment. Best regards.
This is my outcome after last year of experiments.

Thanks guys, I will think about that later. My goal is just the outcome, what way to get there ..??
I made my diffuser similar as hypnow uses (just got a pic of it) and most of the plumings. Hopefully I will use it tomorrow as long as my houses do not melt..
I have gone over bunch of patents and now I am going through the most promising of them to ME.
But tomorrow I will not have the vacum gauge connected (out of time) with small luck I get more than 6 in.hg under moderate load. A dealer for hypnow told me that the hypnow system (no rod) needed min 30% load to work.
I did not ask the guy was that couse the vacum was to low..? to litle speed on the intake air to make a good vacum !! If I find a way to hold a constant vacum under all loads would it then work..? I know with lower vacum the boiling point on water gets lover and in idling my engine the EGT is about 70 - 90c'. On 0.3 bars of boost about 200 - 250c' and full load 0.9 bar 320c' A tad to high for my taste. I will have to calculate that later..

you can create your own blog that is the best way to record what you are doing.

Hello Sigurdur! I suggest that you make a new thread in some of the "folders" and let that be a kind of a blog for you. Perhaps in the vaporizers/non-combustial gases, at least about your vaporizer-system :-)

Hello, thanks. I have been rolling over this web page but it is a rather complicated or Im stu... I wanted to put on record all my test in one place like this web but I dont know where to put it like a diary!!
In short I started on a smack booster and many tests, then PWC box, then I made a big dry cell but have no electricity for that cell yet. Then vaporiser (crude system) Then the Geet system it fasinates me but I started on the hypnow version. I am going out now and make the difuser for the intake.
There seams to be one thing that truly matters in the Geet config. and that is the vacum pressure.
My project, Suzuki Grand Vitara 2000" 2.0 tdi 4 whd 1700 kg. The engine ECU is not wery complicated. My smack booster did NOT work as I wanted but still it holds my record 7,5 ltr 100km over 1100 km under best conditions. Warm weather no wind and few hills. But the average now is 8,4 - 8,6 on the vapor system and no HHO. My engine got a glow plugs and that means longer flame travel but if I use some kind of vapor system and give the big cell 44 amps (all I got).
My last test on the HHO was, the engine was warm and running
1. when I connected my 44 amps the revs went down a litle and stayed there no ping or anything like that.
2. I did rev the engine to 2000 rpm and did hold it there then connected the 44 amps and the engine rev went UP about 50 rpm (did not see my tach).
3. in those tests my vaporiser got a kerozene and that means ewen if the combustion chamber got a long flametravel then with extra gas of some kind (gasoline, kerozene, diesel) then put the HHO in.
that is my outcom after my tests.
I did rebuild a 90 amp Boch alt for my engine as for cell only but time consuming to mix it together.
And I can recomend Zero Fossil PWM draving I love the one I made, works much better than the first one that I bought. Just tell me where to put my diary. I would apresiate that.
Best regards.

Hello and welcome sigurdur! Nice of you to join us :-) Hope you can get something out of this forum too. Sharing is the best way to get more knowledge of this. 100 brains think more than 1 ;-)

Good luck with your hypnow system!

I have studied that too, it seems that it works mounted outside of the exhaust as well. But mouting inside the exhaust seems to be the best way.
