All these tests look great, but, I have to ask if anyone has ever tested in the following way. Get a bottle of hydrogen and oxygen. Then mix the two ( on entry of the engine ) so that you have the same HHO mix. You can then see with no limits or inconsistency of production, if it makes a difference in mileage or if the engine will run. It would also tell you how many liters per minute you will really need to run each engine you test with this method. The test results could be documented and posted online for all to see. This would help to kill off all the scammers because they could no longer tell people their mileage will improve if the output of their system does not match the control test.
Just a though I have had for a long time now and I was hoping someone has already done it or would do it soon.

I am using 110 AC/110 DC @ 2 A. With load of the cell of course the tension falls. but it is that the road. Very well.
