"I have found that simply adding a small air only reservoir with a drain at the bottom just above the electrolyte reservoir works very well to control this. It really doesn't have to be complex. "

Uphill, Downhill.

Hi everyone, This is my first post and I'm really hoping to swap info with people on this forum.I run a 1990 VW Polo 1.3 litre hatchback. I installed an 11 plate 4" x 4" dry cell that is putting out about 1.2 lpm at 15 amps. Electrolyte mix is 25% KOH. I have not put on any form of MAP/MAF or EFIE enhancer. I can feel a power difference in the car but have not made any readings of MPG yet. The first thing we did notice was suction of the bubbler water to the engine on hills. We managed to catch…See More

What is your HOD level of experience?
Novice Builder
What do you do for a living or have special education in?
We are two guys who have considerable experience working as mechanics at sea. We are not marine engineers. We worked mostly on outboard and inboard diesel engines. Combined we have more than 45 years working with an environmental NGO. I also ave worked 8 years with a humanitarian aid NGO as a Logistician.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
We would really like to make some business out of HHO generators here in Mallorca, Spain. We are finding our own way but often have questions your members could help with.

Uphill, Downhill.
