Remember in science class when you were taught about electrolysis with two rods a battery and a beaker. Did you see the bubbles rising in the water? With this illustration in your minds eye look closely, how many Amps do you think are flowing through the water to make the bubbles, none right it was only a 9-volt battery.
What would happen if you had a way to increase voltage while blocking Amp flow?
You would get more bubbles right!
Do you follow what l am saying here? You don't need a polarizing field with enough power to boil the water you need just enough to overpower the electrons in the water to switch them off and water falls apart just like the two-rod experiment with no Amps.
Most of us here have probably watched a boring physics lecture on capacitors on YouTube. So we know how a capacitor works it stores electrons in a magnetic field with two plates with a dielectric material between them right. What would happen if you replace the dielectric material with a dielectric liquid? Do you think it possible to use a very large capacitor to make an intense polarizing field in the dielectric liquid? The distance between the plates will have to be increased to about 10 mm to block Amp flow through the capacitor so voltage can take over. You would also be able to manage the field in a much better way controlling it with a potentiometer possibly hitting the resonance point of the capacitor. Heck, you could throw an inductor in the circuit and you would have an LC circuit which hardly takes any power to keep going once it's charged right.
So if the dielectric liquid were mostly water what would happen? Well, you would be putting the water in a highly polarizing field that is much much stronger than the two rods and battery experiment giving you much more bubbles.
When Stan was building his system back in the mid-80s electronics were very different they were still using transformers to modify voltage. Now that is done with circuit boards. So in the circuit components that I am showing here the inductor on the voltage converter can also be utilized as the inductor in the LC circuit. You will need a frequency determining device a regular PWM will work fine. Now do you see why we need a new vernacular?
