We are now extending an evaluation project in which experimenters are considering how to use Catalytic Carbon (CC) and optimize high-flow-rate hydrogen generators for their own Hydrogen-On-Demand (HOD) applications. Feedback from evaluators seems encouraging -- with reports that people have used CC and successfully produced hydrogen at rates of 1 LPM, 4 LPM, 6.5 LPM and 20 LPM. The method is scalable and should be capable of producing hydrogen at any rate desired, with the right cell design. We have calculations that show this, and we are in search of an independent assessment of those calculations. The objective of this evaluation project is to see if CC technology may be of use for a variety of applications.

Path forward:

We anticipate people using CC for their own personal use, perhaps on their vehicles to improve gas mileage.  Or, someone might possibly want to use CC commercially where hydrogen is needed. We will probably license the CC technology to a company that want to manufacture HOD equipment.  We are a pharmaceutical company; not an automotive products company; not an energy company -- so we should probably get back to the development of new pharmaceutical products and getting FDA green lights for them.  The links (below my signature block) describe what kind of company we are. We have developed and licensed 21 new pharmaceutical products during the past three years.  We are a not-for-profit manufacturing company and you will see that we are not cell builders (not ANY kind of hardware builders) and that is the reason we are interested in the feedback from independent evaluators of CC.
