Hi I am trying to put HHo on my diesel 2.7 Turbo charged sprinter Van. I built a dry cell 8 x 8 two cell five neutrals each cell 14 plate I have a wideband oxygen sensor. With two bubblers. This 2.7 Turbo diesel itis used in small RV's and sprinter vans it's 2006 I inject. the HHO under the air cleaner before the Turbo to make sure the HH0 is dry. I have added a volo chip well the good news is engine doesn't come on. But I have not gotten one little iota of fuel savings kind of depressing. I was thinking about using some type of different EFIE for the wideband sensor and may be an extender for the oxygen sensor I have searched the Internet up-and-down with no luck. Has anybody on this forum had any luck with this type of Van or sprinter diesel I know this stuff works but I haven't had any luck with it kind of disappointed thank you   Jim

Put a hho cell into a 1995 land rover discovery diesel tdi.  Running at approx 6 amp with pipe outer side of air filter.  So far poor results.  Same cell as taken out of my vw 2.4 non turbo.  I had 25% to 30% increase in mpg on vw but only about 5%-10% increase on land rover......... any sugestions?

Hello Jim,

Problem with a turbo diesel is that where you think it only sucks air it doesn't and it also blow back.

I suppose you know where your turbo is, well put a hose in the manifolt as close as possible to the turbo . My engineer and me put it just a few inches away from the turbo. The renault Trafic we have the cell built in drove about 9 to 10 kilometer per litre now we have a result between 15 and 17 kilometers per litre.

Greets

Jim,

Try moving your injection point closer to the engine after the air cleaner. HHO quickly mixes with the ambient air and becomes inert if located too far from the engine. Also make sure your cell and bubblers have no leaks and that the gas is leaving under pressure. Lastly, as a tuning solution you might be able to use the MAP sensor to lean out the diesel and save fuel. Use a Vref Adjuster like this:MAP VREF Adjust
