I started playing around with HHO way back in 1987... to 1988 using a mayo-jar with 2 electrodes, vacuum fed into a 1300cc VW motor. It was a Father and Son experiment. Since Gasoline prices was lower then since it was just after the oil crisis, we just got bored in using the rusty bug and stopped experimenting. I found myself back into HHO in 2007 due to force of circumstances... I needed to continue some welding jobs when we ran out of welding gas in Saudi Arabia... since I was under duress at that time... and I needed to survive with my Car Design and Fabrication team... we made an experimental welding machine using water. Instead of pursuing this apparatus, I decided to use it on a junk 2 stroke Honda Dio Scooter since it was easier to hide it from our Arabian sponsor that way. Not knowing what will be the effect of this thing when used with normal gasoline, I decided to find out by conducting the first ever (uncut) video documenting the Mileage Gains experiment on a motorbike in the desert with HHO. This has been one of the most debated video and story in the CR4 Engineering Website.... What I failed to tell the world about that experiment... is that I was not using only HHO to improve that junk bikes performance. I also failed to tell the world that I was partly influenced by Daniel Dingel and his Protege Danilo Soriano. I was able to achieve 20% mileage gains easily since the bikes compression sealing efficiency was already enhanced. I also failed to tell the world that I was only using Less Input and current draw so I am not robbing the engine significant Horsepower... These failure to disclose all was necessary.
It was the time when HHO was just beginning to make some noise as a buzzword for the underground and backyard scientists. It was also the time when many people involved in the Water for Fuel experiments are suppressed if not silenced totally. The only group that made successful noise globally was Ozzy Freedom since he approached the market using a clever technique... He offered E-Books for sale... and also offered DIY Kits. Another respected Scientist whom I salute is George Wiseman... who also offered E-Books and Kits... His insights are more in depth specially when he improved Yull Browns design. HHO was actually more popularly called as Browns Gas and /or Knall Gas those days. But there was more debate about the type of gas they are producing... if it is Ortho or Para Hydrogen. Joe Cell was also another approach that required self transformation since the individuals consciousness can have significant impact on the cells performance. There were plenty of Protagonists those days for HHO... and the only Antagonists who are in the surface are those in the CR4 engineering Website. To mention and give credit to the pioneers of HHO will take me more than this page if I should be more accurate and give justice to their contribution to this science. But let me mention a few of those Pioneers I recognize; Stan Meyer, Danny Klein, Daniel Dingel, Bob Boyce... Rob Mathies, and to a certain extent... Paul Panthone with his GEET. I also recognise the champions who have been in the front line of HHO like ZFF, SSC, Gabet, Don Johnson, and Most of my friends here in HHOInfo and IHHOI... as well as the Van Gadgeteers Club.
I was privileged to work with a group or groups who continued to fund me in my R&D with Water for Fuel here in the Philippines right after my Great Escape from Arabia. I have continued with HHO design of Kits for Cars as a commitment to the group... with the second group I did the same but I was forced to develop a Stove... To make the long story short, the two ventures where short lived.... Never mind what and why it happened.
The gist of this story is that... I was able to stumble upon supporting technologies that make HHO work more efficiently. These techniques were pretty much overlooked many times by most in the league. I also stumbled upon kindred spirits from the world over who took notice of what I have been busy with. Each technique addressed a particular and a very specific issue in the energy equation of the vehicle or engine. With a working understanding about Entropy and thermodynamics... The picture was very clear as to where I am going to get and channel all the available Kinetic and Static energies existing within and without the system.
Hitting Ultra Low Emissions and Significantly Noticeable Mileage Gains were the norms in my experiments... But achieving User Friendliness and Commercial viability came in only at a later phase. All these items were developed under the radar and No Patents were intended to be applied for. I had two patents under my name and my former associates but I am not sure if this is still existing since I sold all my rights from that corporation recently. I vowed never to work with pure businessmen again... Enthusiasm dies. The Lessons I learned in the past years... is that Enthusiasm is Paramount... to get this, you need to surround yourself with equally enthusiastic, passionate and Good Hearted, GREEDLESS, Pure Spirited Individuals, It doesn't matter what and how they look like, nor what their status in society is. To be able to find them... I didn't use my eyes. I used my heart and listened to how the fates are moving things my way.
In this more or less spiritual voyage... I am humbled with how the higher force has moved things according to a divine plan. Moved with the passion to save the environment and it's inhabitants... The clear and present danger this world is facing ...is Climate Change and/or Global Warming.
Studies reveal that the impact of this problem will be irreversible at the rate things are going.
Carbon Footprint all over the world needs to be drastically cut by as much as 90% or more.
Even if I have in my hands the worlds fastest and cheapest and easiest pollution solution ever... it will not be realistic to say that we can cut the worlds Carbon Footprint by 90% within 1 year.
There are more factors that needs to be dealt with.
I have stopped working with HHO right now... but the wisdom I have amassed throughout the years is more than enough should I start building cells again in any given future. However, I shall leave this to the present generation and allow a healthy business climate to proliferate with one less competition - that's me.
However, I am always ready to offer the overlooked Techniques that supports and ensures HHO Technology to work well in any given installation no matter how crude the design or set-up be.... Welcome on board... THE GREEN TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM.

1 LPM to 50 LPM HOD Business Opportunity
During the past 3 months catalytic carbon has been sent to more than 30 experimenters worldwide for evaluation. All reports received to date are encouraging. These tests show that anyone can use CC and produce pure hydrogen at any desired rate. Test results are available online.
What’s next?
The CC chemistry will work with no additional development, but apparatus must be built and manufactured for the successful use of this low-cost hydrogen fuel.
Most experimental work has used 30-micron aluminum powder, which works well because it has a high surface-to-volume ratio. I believe the successful development of the CC technology will be with the use of larger size aluminum fuel, so that the cost of the fuel will be less than the cost of aluminum powder. To do that, there are two design requirements:
1. There must be ENOUGH aluminum surface in the cell; perhaps 8 to 10 square meters (for a hydrogen production rate of about 1 to 5 LPM), and
2. The surface must be bare aluminum. That means there must be some means to remove the oxide from the aluminum. Mechanical burnishing? Other?
