Hi all, i just did a mileage test on my 65 ford galaxy with a built 390, i went 35 miles at 70mph on I-5 ,got back to the same gas station at safeway, i could only get 2.1 gal in it. Thats real good for this car, i was getting 9 mpg.I am using a 9 plate dry cell..

No, the $300.00 is the whole investment for molds, materials, and tools. The production cost is less than $40.00 per cell fully assembled, with wires, switch, and tube. I've trained some people for this already.

All the plastic parts are cast resin, and very easy to make. Later, I will show the assembly also in steps. I made the process so simple that even farm hands can make them. The investment is cheap, about $300.00 for the molds and basic tools.

BTW, I'm not selling, I'm only telling. Yet.

Yeah! I was pretty sure you type carefully. I like what I see, I am curious how you built the upper cell (the one where they emit HHO) You must have invested some money and time to this project, I do not want nor intend to discourage you but a little complicated work . I think we could do with some simple fittings to the side plates and upper and lower open spaces for water and electrolyte (bottom) for HHO top and sides closed (as in a box that fit perfectly sealed plates ) Please do not mind me I said it with malice, I think in general rather complicated to simplify things, honestly I really appreciate what you thought, do not say that your work. Looking forward to see it assembled and ready to yield that we have. Please continue to inform me.! Mr , Bravo !!!!!!!! HAVE MY RESPECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the cell inside the rails

This goes into a box with electrolyte. It's more like a brick in a bath. Very compact and cheap. The plates are spaced 2mm apart. There are no gaskets, no drilling, and only the edges are set inside the grooves. This is suitable for tropical countries where there is no winter.

The box can even be a plastic food keeper. But I use a vinyl-epoxy resin box, which is resistant to chemicals and heat up to 250 degrees Celsius.

I'll do that when I have the parts ready. We're making them now, so maybe by Monday, I'll take pictures and show them here.
